To phone in France : the number is a 10 digit number (eg. 02 99 98 06 06). To phone from abroad to France : dial 0033 and the last 9 digits of the number. Do not dial the 0 at the beginning of the number (eg 0033 2 99 98 06 06). To phone abroad from France : 00 + dialling code of the country + area code (usually without the first digit) + the number you require. You can buy phone cards at the post office or the "Tabac" shops. |
